Empowering Women in Tech: From Entry to Leadership At Her Tech Circle, our mission is to create an Australian movement where women in tech, at all career stages, can thrive, lead, and contribute to industry advancements. We aim to instigate change from within, providing education and empowerment that enables women to confidently step up, speak out, be brave, and claim their rightful seat at the table.
Women in Digital is a peak industry body, making digital and technology industries a place where women can thrive. We have become the cornerstone of the Australian tech community for more than 10 years with the key focus of improving gender diversity in the industry.

Established in 1995 by a collection of Internet enthusiasts, our heritage is deep-seated in advocacy, and we continue to be an association that supports the needs and interests of our members.
We proudly operate Australia’s largest not-for-profit internet peering network comprising six exchange points and over 30 Points of Presence (PoPs) nationally. Since establishing WA-IX – our first exchange in 1997 – our network has grown significantly.
The pre-conference masterclass provides attendees with morning and afternoon tea breaks and a 1-hour lunch break allowing for extra networking opportunities and in-depth learning.
The masterclass starts at 9:00 and finishes at 17:00.
