Fiona Boyd is a C-Level Executive and Director with extensive global leadership experience in Technology, Finance and Media. She has a proven track record of driving strategy, growth and digital transformation across large multinationals and entrepreneurial start-ups.
She is currently the CEO and Managing Director of ipSCAPE Pty Ltd, an Australian cloud-based customer experience technology company enabling Software as a Service (‘SaaS’) solutions for clients in Financial Services, Telecommunications, Government, and Retail. In addition to a large client-base and presence across Australia, the company also distributes via international partnerships and operations established across Asia, UK, US & Europe.
Her previous executive roles include COO, CIO & Marketing Director positions for major corporates including Salmat, PBL Media - Ticketek, Reuters, and Citibank, in addition to company director experience on ASX-listed and other Boards. Fiona has also supported smaller entrepreneurial companies while based at Stone & Chalk as CEO of an accelerator for women entrepreneurs sponsored by NSW Department of Industry, Macquarie Bank, EY, and Gilbert & Tobin.
Throughout her career Fiona has focused on building successful businesses, products, and teams, driving innovation and growth through multi-channel, customer experience and digital transformation strategies. She has led Joint Ventures, Acquisitions, and Integration programs in addition to the implementation of several major cross-functional projects across multiple geographies.
Fiona holds a Global Executive MBA and a bachelor’s degree from Sydney University. In 2023, Fiona was recognised as the Executive of the Year at the Women in Digital Awards and was also a finalist at the Premier’s NSW Export Awards for Women in International Business.
