With over 20 years of experience in leading and delivering innovative technology solutions across various industries, I am currently the CTO of Primary, Aged & Community Care at Telstra Health, where I oversee an amazing team of engineers working on different domains of healthcare, including MedicalDirector, which was acquired by Telstra Health in 2021. I have a Masters of Business and Technology from UNSW and a certification in ethical AI, which equip me with the skills and knowledge to drive the digital transformation and disruption of the health sector, and to ensure that technology is used responsibly and ethically to improve the lives of people and create a positive impact in society.
I am passionate about empowering women and enabling technology, especially in the health sector, where I see a huge opportunity and need for innovation and change. I have successfully managed complex and challenging projects across education, transportation, and orthopaedics, working collaboratively with diverse and talented teams and stakeholders, and delivering high-quality outcomes that meet the needs and expectations of the customers and the business. I am motivated and ambitious, with a drive for continual improvement and learning, and a goal-driven focus. I take a hands-on approach with the projects I take on board, and I believe that communication, direction, and structure are key to any successful outcomes.
