After joining MECCA’s graduate program in an eCommerce role, Isabel became one of the founding members of the digital product team, growing through roles including Business Analyst, Product Owner, and now Product Manager. In her current role, she leads the delivery of customer-centric experiences across MECCA’s website and mobile app, with a strong focus on delight, usability and measurable impact.
A career highlight includes her work on MECCA’s multi-year Digital Transformation: an APAC-first custom tech stack that rebuilt the website from the ground up and brought together platforms and capabilities never before seen in this market. Isabel has also played a key role in other large-scale initiatives, including Click & Collect, new payments infrastructure, and fraud detection tooling.
